Andy Slaughter
Member | Insurance Agent
- Native Coloradan with years of experience handling claims and working with insurance companies to produce the best outcomes for homeowners.
- Former operator of a regional roofing company with hands-on experience being an advocate for clients and liaison with insurance companies. Andy still enjoys climbing on roofs to assess damage and evaluate the quality of repairs.
- Enjoys traveling, coaching, hiking, playing golf, and spending as much time as he can with his wife, Angela, and three children.
- Spent time living abroad and serving as a missionary in Budapest, Hungary. During this season of life, he taught and played baseball for the Hungarian National Baseball Team.
- Holds active Property and Casualty insurance licenses.
Brad Kidd
Co-Founder | Insurance Agent
- Native Floridian, with a degree in finance from Florida Atlantic University. Has enjoyed living the Colorado lifestyle since moving here with his wife, Lindsay, in 2015.
- Best friend to adopted dog son and loyal companion, Albie.
- Enjoys hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, golfing, and visiting local breweries.
- Holds active Series 7, Series 66, and Life/Health Insurance licenses.

Co-Founder | Principal Agent
- Native Coloradan who enjoys time with his wife, Molly, and three kids doing anything in the Rockies: golfing, snowboarding, hiking, water sports, and more. Speaking of golf, he may be addicted. Make sure you reach out for a round!
- Played college tennis for Whittier College and graduated with All-American Academic and Athletic honors.
- Holds active Series 7, Series 66, and Property, Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance licenses. He is also a federally licensed Enrolled Agent.
Reed Miller
Insurance Agent
- Born and raised in Northern Colorado and graduated from Colorado State University with a Finance degree. With more than a decade of outstanding client service as an employee benefits advisor, Reed received the Biz West 40 under Forty award in 2023.
- Extensive experience in providing health insurance and Medicare coverage for individuals and families. Reed is also focused on working with companies between 10 and 1,000 employees for their benefit solutions.
- Volunteers his time with Northern Colorado United for Youth, where he will serve as President starting in 2025.
- Enjoys all Northern Colorado has to offer with his wife and two young boys.
